Now in its 4^th generation of golf experts, the legacy of the Maples family started in Pinehurst in 1886 with the birth of Frank Maples. Frank served as Construction Superintendent during the construction of the first four courses at Pinehurst Country Club. His Son, Ellis, designed over 70 courses in his lifetime, including Pinehurst No. 5. The legacy continues today with Dan and Bradley at Dan Maples Design, and Jennifer Maples here at Maples Golf Packages.
