The Maple Leaf Cottage at 2040 Midland Road is a one-story house located across from Longleaf Country Club on infamous Midland Road between Pinehurst and Southern Pines. This four bedroom, four full-bath house sleeps eight with four queen beds and four full beds.

On the outside, The Maple Leaf Cottage has a gas grill with outside seating for relaxing and dining. On the inside, you will find a pool table, pinball machine, foosball table, table with poker chips, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two dining areas that will seat 16 people total, 46 inch flat panel TV in the game room with VCR/DVD player, a 19 inch flat screen TV in each bedroom, club storage with utility sink great for cleaning clubs and shoes, hardwood floors throughout, wireless internet connection, full size front loading washer & dryer, bed linens, and towels.

Within minutes to the Village of Pinehurst or downtown Southern Pines, you can enjoy golf, local restaurants, pubs, shopping, and the historic Tufts Museum.

House check-in is after 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am.

There is plenty of parking directly outside the front door, no need to lug your golf bag around a huge parking lot.  Parking outside the front door has space for 2-3 cars and the backyard has plenty of additional parking.

The house has a gas grill on the back patio for guests to use, the grill is connect to the homes' gas line so you'll never run out of gas!

Feel free to bring your corn hole boards, or any other outside activity gear with you, there is plenty of space to spread out in the back yard and enjoy your time together with friends/family.

Just off the kitchen there is a club storage area and sink to clean your clubs and shoes. 

Leave the coffee at home!  We leave our specialty coffee in the condos for guests to use along with creamer, sugar, and sugar substitutes.  Due to the size of the home there are two coffeemakers in kitchen, this should add pep to your step in the morning!

We know you're on vacation, but if you have to bring your work with you no worries...there is wireless internet in the house!
